Em's, what a great place-the restaurant and this blog! Actually the bone marrow was a pretty common 'fight over' food when I was growing up dirt poor in East Texas. The blood pudding, though, ugh. I had some in England and it wasn't my favorite. Do they have steak and kidney pie on the menu? I love that stuff.

I'll check back frequently, and hope I'm lucky enough to be around when you make the second cherry receipe. Looks really Yummy!!!

Yeah, I'm gonna have to go ahead and say that the bone marrow probably scares me the most. Even though it's one hell of a contest.
